Lavender

Lavender + Mint as a mindful combination

To celebrate the month of June we're releasing our proprietary blend of Lavender, Mint & other botanicals to encourage a summer of rest, relaxation, & refreshment.

The combination of lavender and mint works holistically together to create a state of blissful awakening by enlivening the senses and relaxing the mind. What better way to achieve a state of mindfulness than with a cup of Lavender Mint tea!

We love to share a cup in the early afternoon as the stress of the day settles in, but we need to remain alert without the jitters of caffeine.
Mint

Mint Meets Lavender

We have all heard about how amazing lavender is, but did you know that mint packs an equally healthful punch? It seriously does!

From reducing nausea to curing bad breath, mint is a miracle remedy, that when blended with lavender not only tastes amazing but helps calm the nervous system while increasing alertness.

According to a study published by the Internet Journal of Alternative Medicine, peppermint increases alertness and focus, allowing for better concentration especially in the afternoon. Lavender, on the other hand, soothes the central nervous system allowing one to relax and focus from a state of calm.

In addition to mint & lavender, our blend includes other functional botanicals including Tulsi, also known as "holy basil", an ancient ayurvedic herb designed to promote wellness from the inside out.

Tulsi is a powerful adaptogenic herb, meaning it helps increase vitality and reduce stress. It is also high in antioxidants and even helps protect liver health.

All in all, our Lavender Mint blend was designed to facilitate a sense of focused calm, using ayurvedic principles and contemporary science to create a tisane that enables a sense of general well-being.
